Sonepar (Société de Négoce et de Participation) is a French group, leader in the distribution of electrical equipment, solutions and associated services, founded in 1969 by Henri Coisne, and still owned by the Coisne and Lambert families. In 2008, the integration of major assets from Hagemeyer strengthened its global reach.
